1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website and the services offered by Skyers, a company registered in Spain under the legal name SkysMyth and tax ID B70731211 (hereinafter, “Skyers”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Access to or use of the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • User / Customer: any person who accesses the website or contracts Skyers services.
  • Service: the booking of surprise flights through the interactive selection and reveal system offered by Skyers.
  • Service fee: the fixed amount charged by Skyers for providing its service, independent of the flight price.

3. Skyers Services

Skyers offers a surprise flight service to national, continental or international destinations, selected according to the user’s location and the chosen type of trip.

The user sets a total budget and takes part in an interactive destination reveal experience through a geolocation system.

Once the experience has ended, Skyers manages the flight booking and sends the electronic tickets when the airline confirms the operation.

Skyers does not offer accommodation or any other additional travel services, except those expressly indicated during the purchase process.

4. Registration

To use the services, users must register and provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information, which will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Price and Service Fee

The total price paid by the user includes:

  • The amount allocated to purchasing the flights.
  • A fixed service fee corresponding to Skyers.

Characteristics of the fee:

  • It is not calculated as a percentage of the flight price.
  • It is a fixed amount, determined according to the country from which the service is contracted, based on general economic criteria.
  • It is displayed clearly before payment is completed.
  • It is independent of the final cost of the flight.

If the final cost of the flight is lower than the amount available for flights, Skyers will refund the difference to the user using the same payment method.

6. Payment for the Service

The user agrees to pay the total amount shown before confirming the purchase.

Skyers reserves the right to modify its pricing policies, providing due notice before any changes become applicable.

7. Cancellations, Baggage and Insurance

During the booking process, the user may select additional options such as:

  • ticket cancellation
  • travel insurance
  • checked baggage

These options depend exclusively on the airline and are not managed by Skyers. Skyers does not offer cancellations of its own service.

Any cancellation, modification or claim related to the flight must be handled directly with the corresponding airline, in accordance with its conditions.

8. Travel Requirements

It is the sole responsibility of the user to comply with the legal entry requirements of the destination country (visas, passport, permits, health requirements, etc.).

Skyers will not be liable for denied entry, additional expenses or losses arising from failure to comply with such requirements.

9. Trip Types

Skyers offers the following options:

  • National: destinations within the user’s country.
  • Continental: destinations within the user’s continent.
  • International: destinations anywhere in the world.

Location is determined through geolocation systems. Skyers is not responsible for the use of VPNs or other methods that alter the user’s real location.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, software, design, trademarks, etc.) is the exclusive property of Skyers or its licensors.

Its reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Skyers will not be liable for indirect damages, economic losses or harm arising from use of the service, except where legally required.

12. Proper Use of the Website

The user agrees to use the website legally, ethically and in accordance with these Terms.

Any fraudulent use may result in cancellation of the service without the right to a refund.

13. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Skyers is not responsible for their loss or unauthorized use.
  • They may be cancelled if fraud is detected.

14. Changes

Skyers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions.

Continued use of the service will imply acceptance of the changes.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain.
